About Little Lantern Coffee
A scale takes the guesswork out of brewing and pays for itself in wasted beans saved. If a cup tastes sour, try a finer grind or hotter water; if it tastes bitter, go coarser.
Water that tastes good on its own usually makes good coffee, so start with filtered if you can. Store beans in an airtight container away from light, heat and the stove.
Grind just before you brew; ground coffee loses aroma within minutes of being opened. Medium roasts are a good all-rounder when you are not sure where to begin.
Little Lantern is a made-up roastery in the imaginary town of Examplefield. It exists so that IndieSEO has something realistic to scan.
